How mesotherapy works
Collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid are released in the dermis during microneedling mesotherapy in Eisenach.
The principle of treatment is simple and effective. The fine needles of the microneedle pen penetrate the top layer of skin – the dermis – to simulate a wound. In response, the body secretes more collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid. An ideal combination because collagen strengthens connective tissue, elastin ensures excellent elasticity and hyaluronic acid keeps moisture in the skin.
The skin is noticeably plumped up, small wrinkles disappear or are smoothed. Overall, the skin has a firmer and grippier feel. We also stimulate this process by incorporating medical collagen from QMS.

In principle, the lifting with the microneedling pen can be applied to the entire face and neck area. That leads to:

Electronic therapy with the micro-needle offers many advantages, especially compared to mesotherapy with the roller:
- Since the needles with the mechanical roller enter and exit the skin at different angles, larger cuts or even bleeding can occur, which requires a longer recovery time after treatment.
- For structural reasons, the roller is also unable to specifically treat smaller, harder-to-reach areas, such as the eyes and lip areas.
- In contrast, the design of the microneedling pen allows for excellent treatment of both small and large areas. And due to the optimized, automated up and down movement of the pincushion, an even image is created in the treatment area, without cracks.
- Another advantage is the individually adjustable depth with which the needles penetrate the skin. Since not all skin areas have the same skin thickness, this is particularly important. In the cheek area it is significantly thicker than, for example, in the forehead area, so a different length of the needle is required for a good result.
- Since the microneedling pen can be used both selectively and in circular movements, the treatment can be tailored even more precisely to the affected area.
- The microneedling pen also offers the highest level of hygiene during the treatment thanks to its interchangeable disposable treatment heads.
